The Transfer Room Loader position is responsible loading flats of eggs on the breaking machine and removing flats while ensuring the belts runs efficiently. Duties will also include but not limited to keep the area around the breaking machine clean and organized.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for loaded flats on to the breaking belt with minimal jams.
Remove flats from the belt after they have been loaded into the breaking machine and salvage any eggs left on the flats.
Maintain the breaking area floor clean by eggs off the floor and washing in accordance to company specifications.
Require cross-training and rotation of position.
Compliance to USDA regulations and Centrum Valley Farms Good Manufacturing Practices as well as the Food Defense Program.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Speak English and Spanish
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to bend and lift and twist on different surfaces, including concrete. Need to be able to work in a fast paced environment.
